Step 2

ONLINE PORTAL

Our goal is to keep you informed throughout the entire process. We will give you login details for our online portal, where you can monitor the schedule, see progress photos, and submit new requests. You can also track your expenses and payments due dates. If you have any questions or concerns during the project, you can easily contact us through the portal, and we'll respond promptly.

Step 3

FINISHING UP

As we near the completion of your project, we’ll schedule a final meeting to review everything and address any remaining questions or concerns you may have. This meeting is an opportunity to ensure you're completely satisfied with the work and to confirm that all expectations have been met. We’ll also walk you through our warranty process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect if any issues arise after we’ve wrapped up. Our goal is to leave you with peace of mind, knowing that we stand behind the quality of our work even after the project is complete.
